  • If I were to run Nora in a D&D campaign, all of her attempts at persuasion would just be intimidation checks with disadvantage. The sole reason would be because of thsee lines

    I can see her being a bard at least, so you've got that going for you.
    As for the intimidation checks at disadvantage, no, as someone who has a character with -1 charisma you need to be able to make those checks count.
    It's a good concept that can lead to some fun encounters with npcs (and your fellow pcs if the group is into that sort of thing)
    Edit: maybe disadvantage against adventurer type characters, as vague as that sounds
