Not sure who or which picture you mean, but looking up this "Chayason" he is described as a kid who is known to trace and copy art, so it seems likely it is the reverse of what you say.

That, and I don't want to imagine that Sorc, one of my favorite scalie artists, would trace art.

Sadly the image they’re talking about is from 2019, not likley unless its a purposefully misleading signature.

Except, if you look at the tags for this picture (and the source), Sorc originally posted this in 2018, so yes, it still points towards that Chayason traced this picture.

Also, yikes that Chayason picture is a downgrade.

I posted the original image to Tumblr back in 2018, so that 2019 image from Chayason is a trace of my work.

Hello Sorc and sorry for having asked that. I thought that the pic you posted on Twitter was recent.

And yes, that "Chayason" guy's trace is really a big downgrade compared to your art (which by the way is one of my favorite Kobold-theme ones).

People are recovering older artwork from Tumblr and I really appreciate the work they put into archiving everything.
