  • My main complaint it how the screens are setup as it would be more likely be 1 large crt wired up like a vector deeply vs 4 crts that interfere with each other but that is just my thoughts (I got experience with dealing with crt displays and crts flat enough for this were developed in mid 2000s)

    You could, theoretically, have crts this flat if you are willing to sacrifice image quality. The flatter the crt, the more distortion and color separation. Then you would have the issue of heat buildup, which would explain the large case fan on the side of the head. If one side is intake and the other exhaust (with some properly placed baffles for air flow) it could work.

    If anything, I would imagine it being more like the CRTs in the Sony Watchman or the Sinclair FTV1.
