So this woman doesn't like her kid right?... then why the hell does it seem like she won physical custody? Unless it's purely because she didn't want another mouth to feed. If that's the case then why bother having any kind of custody?

To the artist, I think you are doing a really good job both with your art style and the story/dialogue. To the uploader I understand, I hope this comic is helping in some form though at very least that you aren't alone and that someone understands what you have been through to some degree, much love to both~

My mom had drinking problems too (to the point she almost died). She had moments when said or done things she regretted later, wich led to more drinking. It's a vicious circle.

It's true. The mother almost always gets the child, even against reasonable argument.
