    You found the needle. There's no more secret to life, we hear it all the time, but is like having a glass of water in front of your face, and actually drinking it.

    I hit the bottom a couple of years ago, and when the time came, thanks to the freedom I experienced the previous days (free of worries, doing and spending in whatever I wanted), I realized that I really ejoyed being alive. Just that. We need very little to be alive and happy.

    Focus in what you enjoy and drop all unnecessary weight.
