Leto deserves some actual food and care. Pizza is good and all but it's not an "everyday" kind of food!
He deserves the world after the SHIT he's suffered. The peace and quiet being so alien to him just screams how out of touch he is with a normal less chaotic household, and by out of touch I don't mean "you just don't get it" but more like "Oh... he doesn't get it", if that makes sense?? He only got that peace in short bursts with visiting his dad, but we know how that went... x.x

People who grew up in unstable households tend to have a moment where they come to further realize just how abnormal their situation is.

I'm sure it must be scary to realize just how damaged you might actually be from all of it...

It is very hard to work on yourself.
Sometimes people don't think it's worth it, or that it'd be too hard to try and change, or they may fear failure -- so they choose to live in abusive and/or negligent conditions because it is what they are used to.
