    Effects of testosterone can include:
    -Enlarged clitoris (as mentioned)
-Redistribution of fat (more even, with excess going into the stomach region)
    -Increased libido
    -Increased muscle mass
    -Body hair growth
    -Voice deepening
    -Increased energy
    -Increased competitiveness/aggression
    -Acne/Dry skin
And a few others I can't remember atm. Heavy emphasis on "can", mind you. Everyone's biology is different.

Tbh I'm amazed at how comfortable Joss is with himself though. I have a hard time undressing in front of my partner of 15 years, none the less people I *just met*. But this comic (and the others) are helping me get past it. <3

If anything, most of the transmasc folks I know who are on testosterone have mellowed out. It's amazing what having the right hormones in your body can do.

A possible one. Not for all however and symptoms may vary.

I get it a lot. Not so much aggressive but more so erratic and paired with the high energy it seems scary to people the way I act. For those that may not know me, I may indeed seem intimidating or aggressive however. I suppose it can be both based on personal experience and how other people may perceive it but does not always happen and is person-to-person just like any symptoms.

Oh yeah, definitely. That's why I added the disclaimer. I've heard of trans women getting increased libido after getting on hrt, all kinds of weird stuff happens :p I probably should have used a more neutral term but I got da covid brain and can't think of one. Competitiveness? Iunno.

    Wouldn't mind being that partner

Ohhhhdear. Not sure if I should be flattered or spooked, I'm terrible at socializing, but I should mention I'm more of a Rose than a Joss. She actually told me the They Won't Mind strip reminds her of us, which is why I brought up the body positivity thing c: It's a little reminder that we can be cute and attractive as who we are, y'know?

It's possible but not guaranteed, and it's not exclusively bad. It can lead to increased drive to accomplish goals or excel in competitive environments. That being said, it can get bad if you're not careful. My roommate a while back (trans guy) got really intense with the road rage when he first started T, but was able to channel it into hilarious insults rather than dangerous driving.

I hope that makes a little more sense.

why would it make it massive, whats the science behind that

Hormones are basically chemical messages our body's cells use to communicate with each other so everything works correctly together. The cells that specialized into being dicks/clits respond to testosterone by multiplying and getting bigger. Kinda like how more estrogen than testosterone tells the breasts to finish developing. Can't really go into more detail without writing a book. :p I suggest checking out wikipedia.

  • Hello I would just like to say that as a mtf trans person it's is fantastic to to see someone doing some research on how the how the body changes when on hrt (hormone replacement therapy) and the fact that they are not too far into doing hrt. And I have heard that doing a few years of hrt could get his penis up to about 3 inches or about 7.5 cm. And it will make him much more horny >:3.

I am sorry for fan girling about this I just don't get to tell people about this that often.

    Yes,

In Advanced Biology, when you learn about the Pancreas and how it Communicates with the Cerebellum to release and create Hormones in your body, and that when your Brain decides to create Testosterone, whether you're a cis Woman or Trans Man, when you have more Testosterone than Estroegen balance, in both Brain and Body, your body grows hair, bone density increases and if you're a person with a Clitoris, it will start acting like a Penis.

This is also why when a person is a Fetus, they start out with a Vagina, no matter the cromosomes, and when the Hormone Balance is Decided by the cells themselves and affects of Womb Environment, The Ovaries turn to Testicles, the Vagina Cavern seals shut, and forms the gouch scrotum Seal visible on all Phallic Reproductive systems and the Clitoris forms into a Penis and Urethra.
