Last we were told he was 16 (His birthday was when we went on that Relief Trip, page 38) and in his Senior year (Page 66).

The only reference I found is that at the start of the comic Leto hasn't yet reached puberty, but does shortly after, wich should put him around 10-12. There's a timeskip of one year plus a couple of months, and if he goes to highschool he should be at least 13-14. That's my guess.

You're right, I skipped details. In the trip he's 16 and when they took his computer away he was 11.

is that a gameboy he is playing?

Well, he’s in junior year and turned 16 over the summer, so still 16 I’d assume!
