Mina's projectile just means "I"'s projectile. it just means that its your own projectile. Perhaps the character is named Me like the immortal girl from doctor who, but Noita just means "witch", which the character indubitably is, given the magic wands and potions and forbidden knowledge and their.... tendency to get burned to death. So calling them a noita or "Noita" definitely makes sense.
