More information is needed because it MOST LIKELY is still a female and should be tagged as such.
Small breasts or just a lack is common in many depictions of reptilians/avians, so it's not a sure thing. Furthermore, they could just be offscreen.
So unless it's a well-known cuntboy character like Drayk or referred to as a male within the picture itself, tag it female.

Good guide... not sure how many people will follow it. Don't care for the term shemale, but consdiering that's more commonly used here (rather than transsexual), it's understandable.

I'm pretty sure almost no one, even if they see this picture because people like to tag what they KNOW not what they SEE.

Transsexual implies change rather than state. Moving from any one to any other makes one trans. Most characters with non-binary sexes were "always that way", and thus are intersexed rather than transsexual.

I think this has more to do with people with a certain fetish.

If I want pics of a girl with a dick WITH a vagina, I'll want to be able to get those pics. If I want pics of a girl with a dick WITHOUT a vagina, I'll want to be able to get THOSE pics.

To identify a cuntboy you could use hints like sholder-hip-ratio, facial hair (... or feathers or spikes), as well as the charactername if given (but that would only make sense in terms of a comic, where characters name is stated, but the source is unknown, because eslswise you could probably do some research to figure it out)

However, i think it would be probable okay too to give abigious characters both the female and cuntboy tag so they can be interpreted as desired. Also you could add "male herm" for penis+vag without breasts, again with the hint of secondary features. Strangely male herms are often more often shown as strongly maskulinear than cuntboys.

By shemale he means dickgirl, at least for this site.

Thank you. Although as previously stated, it uses the outdated "shemale" term rather than the current tag "dickgirl" for the same. And apparently reptilian genital slits can cause confusion in the federal blue region as well.
