Yes, girls can have pecs too but this otter has literally no tits and has been drawn as a cuntboy in other pics as well. I certain that this pic needs the "cuntboy" tag, I'm adding it now.

Look at the tag history for this post, one of this sites admins has previously removed the cuntboy tag from this pic, don't start a tag war.
