They’re also all 16 (If the same age as Leto) and aren’t fully mature yet. So while it’s not a mature thing to do with her situation; he really doesn’t know any better.

While it is possible for someone to not realize their sexuality until a later age, Sam has considered herself Asexual since Page 22, when they all were much younger. Howl should respect her boundaries.

Tbh, I think if Sam at least wasn't willing to at least try, she wouldn't even be doing anything of the sort. I'm not gonna call Howl a bad guy here off the bat, he's not "taking advantage" of her, he has no power over her at all and she can literally walk away seeing as he hasn't pressured her not even in this page, it seems more like they're just seeing how it goes and that's it.

Sam's ace, but she also engaged on her own choice, maybe and likely out of curiosity, maybe she just wants to understand just why people like the thing. Experimentation's not a bad thing (Or it usually isn't, just has to not hurt someone), and I doubt Howl's doing it out of some selfish desire.

we think he is taking advantage or something because of how all he cared about when Sam was literally was to let her know what it feels like, if your friend was crying about a situation that happened wouldn't you help your friend and give advice on said situation, not "hey want a handy?" not only that but if Howl wanted to let Sam know how it feels, then why did we see Howl make a sexual noise, if he wanted her to know about it, why would he be feeling stuff to? thats just my thoughts, and I'm still heavily disappointed in Howl.

As someone who is actually asexual, I just want to point out that your sexual drive / attraction to people doesn't mean you're incapable of sexual pleasure. People need to break this mental box that "asexual = I am incapable of sex".

oh i dont believe its about incapability, ive just always seen it as "nah that aint doin it for me" to pretty much every sexual thing.
like asexuals arent incapeable, just really not into it as much as most.
just really hard to quantify an evolutionary and biological trait as unneeded to a group...
