MemberMan... he is jumping the gun too far. He is one messed up kid...

MemberIts likely paranoia from all the things he suffered. From our point of view, its definitely an overreaction, but having to suffer so many different betrayals, and by people he trusted the most, its easy to see why he would be feeling this way.

Blockedits a common issue for those who’ve had a past like him. and i think everyone in this scene just has a miss understanding, i dont think they are dating and thats what Letos focused on, he's mad because he thinks they haven’t told them that they were dating. also what are those words hidden between sam and howl. i just hope the two are patient with Leto to.

MemberOh I can tell, that's why I said messed up kid. Cause his psyche is as messed up as Hephaestus's face after falling off of Olympus.

MemberThis I agree with. Leto is reacting so strongly because Howl and Sam are all he has left in this world and the idea that they may be drifting away from him is terrifying -- it isn't that he's "clingy". He is genuinely scared of life without them and he has a good reason for that, too.
In a perfect world Sam and Howl would be 100% understanding -- but it is difficult for people to always know what to do and be there for those who have been through trauma. This is why there are support groups for people who are helping a loved one with mental or even physical disabilities. It is a big responsibility and you can't expect yourself to always be perfect.
I can see why Howl would be frustrated because Leto made Sam feel pretty bad, but we have yet to see just how he will actually react. I think the best thing to do would be to reassure Leto that they do care for him and are not leaving him out, but also gently let him know that he did upset Sam.
Sam is also going through stress right now so I imagine Howl might feel torn in two directions. It's a terrible position to be put in. Honestly, I feel sorry for all three of them -- and I am deeply concerned about how this will affect their friend dynamic.

MemberWhat's the text hidden behind Howl's pants? I feel like that should be readable in some way. x.x
