I mean, it IS stated in the comic that this is on Installation 05. Otherwise known as Delta Halo. And this is sometime in the middle or end of the Great Schism since Dobo said that Sangheili and Humans are now allies. So this is either during the intermission between 2 and 3, or sometime during the beginning or middle of Halo 3.

The Great Schism happened on November 3rd 2552 and Halo 3 starts off with Master Chief crashing down in East Africa on November 17th, 2552 so this would have taken place during the mission Tsavo Highway or after depending on how fast their Hornets can fly.

Ah, thanks for clarifying the exact dates, I was always curious about that. Just never really had the urge to go digging through various sources for it.
