i mean...presumably they have tongues, so...they could do it like that. sangheili don't seem to be able to chew, so they probably lack molars and have something like crops to handle grinding up food instead, so unless they use their mandibles like we use our jaws, they can probably just...move them out of the way and just need to worry about the teeth in their skull.
