It's never happened to me, though that's likely because I don't dream while sleeping.

lol. this shit happened to me once. But i remember before that night, i drank a fuck ton of water, so that probably caused it. Dreams can fuck you sometimes.

surprisingly I've had a lot of dreams where I've gone pee and felt like I was peeing, but I never once wet the bed, my brain is extremely good at creating feelings out of nothing in dreams
