If it's part of a set with non-human pictures it doesn't get deleted unless someone makes a mistake.

Yeah, in this instance at least I see it being highly relevant to the other three posts already here, a closeup of the image we already have here and continuation to story similar to comic.
But let's say that if in first posts it was only Susie doing that and then this fourth one was like extra of "hey, what if kris also did that haha", then this could indeed be deleted because there's far less strong connection to the pool/other relevant posts, basically just artist drawing a human post.
Or indeed mistakes have happened as well, both ways.

I find it a bit complicated to get but I guess that if it's within the same pool it's fine.

That's the great thing about this place, we lowly mortals have no power over what is right and wrong. Tomorrow all of the admins could turn a 180° and delete every furry pic for nothing more than "We were bored". Of course it would take a lot longer than that and people would notice a critical lack of significant artists, but stop looking for plot holes in a comment, live a little and try looking at some pirate eagle art
