thats not where the dick hole is supposed to be, it should be in the center of the head, not the tip

Common misconception. The urethra is indeed at the tip. The "hole" at the center is just an indent in the flesh

Dogs have a bone in their penis, the dimple in their cock is where the skin of the penis is attached to the penis bone. The bone is one fixed size (depending on the skeleton size of the dog typically - but its all genetic), but the penis is not. When the penis grows, the skin extends past the bone and then what results is the indentation. The urethra runs the bottom length of their cock and exits the very tip of the head.

He's quite right you know, maybe you should do your research. The center is very much a fleshy part and their urethra is at the lower point.

The vast majority of mammals have a bone in the penis (and females a small one in their clitoris). Even our closest relatives, chimps, have them. Humans are among the exceptions, with other examples I can think of being horses and hyenas
