MemberIt's been sold out, unfortunately. And for whatever reason, Tom hasn't put a pdf version for sale even though the paper copy isn't available any more.
This picture isn't directly from the artbook, though, it's obviously digital art that hasn't been put through a scanner. Based on the description at the source, it seems like it was an award for the Kickstarter participants.
