Ah, I remember this one, it seems to be a person surrounded by wings who is asleep, the wings themselves are as sharp as razor blades or something like that and it reacts to noise by it's wings lashing out at whatever it making the noise and growing, which is problematic when a razor wing it cutting into you since your screaming will cause more to appear and get larger, or something like that.

Firing a gun next to a being that feeds on sound… how did this guy even figure out how to fire a gun in the first place?
