sorry to break the news, but with how the artists personally is, I can tell you that it will continue getting worst till a bad end occurs. just look at the other comics and you'll know the pattern. unless i'm proven wrong, we shall see.

But how do she knows that Howl asked for Leto though, it's not like she was there when he did and he apparently just woke up of his coma so it's not like he told her what happened

Howl texted/called Sam on the page before he started bleeding out. It's not hard to believe maybe he mentioned it there, the actual communication was offscreen, so it was just unseen.

yes, this doesn't mean that there can be at least some attempts, Leto seems to have acted passively on almost every occasion where he could he could have done something positive with his life, and attempting to improve on himself, even if resulting in failure would be better than just whatever he has done until now
