The word you're looking for is "nibbling". And by far, that is one of my favourite things to do. Like seriously, if your lady/guy friend isn't into it, try to convince them to try it. It's 50% tender and 50% primal, that's a win/win. Also, since he has his lips around the nipple, he may just be suckling, which again, feels amazing regardless of how big/small your breasts are >v^
