I've accidentally seen adults naked as a kid and although I reckon it's something you don't forget, it wasn't traumatizing in the slightest. It's just a naked body, kids aren't dumb.

Your car effectively counts as private space, like your home, The only people tall enough to see you naked in your car wont be scarred for life. Especially not in current year when every damn 5yo get a smartphone from their parents

Limits exist to footwear because people have gotten caught up on sandals and the like to its "solid footwear"
