Actually I interpreted it as a well-hidden compliment. It's like she's saying "woah hold on buddy, the meeting starts soon and if you keep fucking me like that I'm not even gonna be able to walk to it," but in a bitchy way.

I bet she's the same way when saying not to pull out as well. Something along the lines of "You better not pull out and make me feel satisfied or I'm neutering you!"
