The new sketches appear in the Scraps-folder first. Then Tom normally puts them in the Newest sketches at some point.

"Gender Benders" such as these usually implies the character's Gender identity has alternated to match the Sex change. This isn't just Sythe with breasts, it's a female Sythe.
