Status effects actually. Sleep, frozen, charmed, burning, and i am assuming poisoned, though that could also be cursed/death... pretty confusin since skulls usually mean death curse, but she has a poison damage number.... eh...she'll be fine either way.

A lot of games use a skull to identify the poison status effect though.
