With that name, and that confidence... and you being the artist, it seems like it'd be right to trust you. But you're going to need to point out where there was any tweening to me. I can't see any. So either you're telling a very bizarre lie, or you're a magician. This looks entirely frame by frame.

Most of the tweens are tiny two-frame movements or transformations that help smooth out the quick movements and add to the vibrating effect. The hand for instance is only four frames but looks like eight. Using tweens allowed me to go back and edit one frame at a time without having to fix two. However, CSP has such a clumsy tweening interface that it almost would have been easier to just do the whole thing in individual frames.
