Personally, I like the apparent size difference even if it's not applied size difference; I can use my imagination. Plus, normal on micro doesn't tickle my fancy the same way as macro on normal does because it singles out the big and powerful one. It's more than just visual to me.

The buildings aren't the focus of the kink, the giant otter is. The buildings simply convey the scale of how big she is without putting in a ruler
