MemberRight so Japan requires by law that porn has to be censored. That's why there's always censor bars on Japanese artist's stuff. The reason they're always "useless" is because the artist is trying to censor as little as legally possible so the viewers (us) can still enjoy them. They're doing you a favor. Hope you feel bad.

like when you post something on a US hosted website from a Japanese Location (ie you live there and post it from your PC), does the art have to follow the Laws of the US or Japan?
