Didn't even notice that to be honest.. I figured it was good to go from U18chan. Is there way i can delete it if it is? Or is that mod only thing?

I know you can flag it for deletion, I don't know if there's any other way to have an image deleted. If it's publicly available, then I think it's fair game, but if it's pay content, it should not have been posted here and should be flagged for removal.

The only other thing I can say that FK's public works tend to be closer in size to post #2699525. Which is part of why I thought to ask if this is really allowed to be posted.

You'll need to self-report it for deletion. Make note in your report that you didn't know it was paid content and you're reporting it to be deleted. According to the site rules, you won't get a negative for a mistake like this if you self-report.
