Borvar here. Yrel is a Paladin, and in this scenario a group of Hordes has managed to equip her with a magic collar which makes it really difficult for her to disobey. She's probably not healing them willingly.

my main question is what is the ball gag equip slot?
like is not a neckless, since since we have the "Vow of Timid Aid"
head piece is occupied with the "Crown of the Loyal Bunny"
is not a trinket since we have "Blessed Beads of the Loyal Bunny" and "Training Bells"
like there is not slot for it unless is a trinket you need to change mid dungeon for a specific boss
two extra adds here
one: "Training bells" that is a shit item for a healer WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU ADD SOMETHING THAT MAKES MORE LIKELY FOR YOU TO BE TARGETED, AND IT ONLY HAS STAMINA SOMETHING, even more with the shit defense of this set
two: the "Blessed Beads of the Loyal Bunny" really should be a "back" item Jeff Kaplan failed us again

The gag is attached to the head armor like Shield Spikes on a shield or a Scope on a gun, was my intention.
Training bells is for her to not run away, she has to depend on her team. It's also easier for her group members to keep track of her in a big crowd or during intense fights.
