Technically speaking, it's probably a portal If it was a Bh, the cock would be erased... and if not, it would make such an abstract shape we could confuse it for a modern arts and crafts project

A uterus with enough gravitational force to cause reality to fold like an omelette.
If we're nitpicking here, the one on the left is embellished with more anatomical details, but it's still heavily stylized and out of proportion. Also, it would be especially incorrect if used in an x-ray view, as the uterus normally has a significant ventral tilt, placing it nearly perpendicular to the vaginal canal. Viewed from the front, the outline of the body of the uterus would actually look more like the figure on the right, obviously excluding the implication that it's some sort of large, hollow cavity.
But even with the left figure, there's the tendency to want to "revolve" the outline of the uterine cavity when trying to envision it volumetrically, giving it a sort of chalice-shape. That, of course, would be incorrect (by no fault of the diagram itself), as anyone who's viewed a midsagittal section of the female pelvic cavity should realize. The cavity inside the uterus is actually quite flat most of the time.
Anyway, I think that's it for my soapbox. Thanks for reading.
