April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.

Dragons are the sexiest creatures in the world—even sexier than my wife. They are even sexier than Xerneas, the sexiest Pokémon. I have a massively good reputation with dragons. Dragons see me as friends. I often have sex with dragons.
There are a few rules I must follow when having sex with a dragon. Dragons are large creatures. If a dragon wants me to have sexual intercourse with her or sexual intercourse is what we agreed upon, only my penis can enter her vagina. I am not allowed to put anything else in her vagina, only my penis. It does not matter if more than my penis can fit into her vagina, only my penis can enter her vagina. I cannot put my arm or leg into her vagina even if it can fit. It is NOT insertion, it is sexual intercourse, so only my penis can enter her vagina. This is not vaginal vore either so my body can’t go inside the dragon’s vagina either.
When I have sex with a dragon, I must be super careful to not accidentally get my balls into her vagina during intercourse because that too would be insertion, so I got to be careful and not go go too deep with my penis thrusts. When you have sex with your wife, or your girlfriend, you do not put your arm or leg into her vagina when she asks for sex, so why would I when having sex with a dragon? The only difference is that it is possible for me to put my arm or leg into a dragon’s vagina. Some dragons are big enough for me to go completely inside her vagina, but if we’re having sex, I can only put my penis in her vagina.
If I were to put my arms, legs, or even my entire body in the dragon’s vagina when the dragon wanted sexual intercourse, it would be considered cheating as I am using more than my sexual organ to pleasure her. Same if my balls entered the dragon’s vagina. If I pleasure her by abnormal means (meaning using anything other than my penis), the dragon will then hate me and I will never be able to have sex with her again—that is if she does not kill me with fire.
I did not earn my massively good reputation with dragons by cheating my way through pleasuring dragons. No, I pleasure dragons like I am supposed to, with my penis.
These same rules apply when I am having sex with anything bigger than me, not just dragons. These rules also apply if I am shrunken and I am having sex with a normal size creature, including humans like Rydia. These rules apply to having sex period.
It is possible for a human to pleasure a dragon. I never said that it was not difficult, but it IS possible to pleasure a large dragon with just your penis. It does take a bit longer to pleasure a dragon than another same-size human.
However, some dragons ARE massively huge and it is not possible to pleasure them with just my penis. However, I do have sex with dragons of that size and I only put my penis in her vagina during sex. The dragon just does not expect me to pleasure her. In most cases, the only reason why a dragon of that size will want sex with me is because it is a friendship thing, it is her way of showing that she accepts me among her kind, or she knows that I still get pleasure from the sex even though she does not.
Rarely do I ever get eaten by a dragon. However, it is still possible. All it takes is one dragon to have never heard of me or my reputation with dragons and not believe me when I can say that I can pleasure her. Dragons will eat someone if they think the person lied to them and I HAVE been eaten by a dragon before. However, I feel that a statement such as “I can pleasure you.” can easily be proved if she would not jump to eating me. I mean, it is not like she cannot eat me if I had sex with her and failed to pleasure her after I said that I could.
