  • Totally sweet!! I love all of them. But especially Sisu of course :) I challenge anyone who has seen the movie as many or more times as I have lol.

  • Its satisfying to see all the dragons with the names and even descriptions of their powers. It's very beginner friendly to those who are new and a good piece of art for people already familiar

    And how many you did?

Let's see, I saw it at the regular movie theatre first before I knew I would fall in love with the movie (and Sisu). Then at IMAX where the sound literally blew me away! Then I took my friend and her husband to IMAX again. I went another night and five minutes into it someone bumped into one of the fire doors at the complex (18 screens!) and they shut down all the movies and everyone had to step outside. After 20 minutes they didn't know if the fire department would let them restart so they gave everyone there for all the movies free passes. I ended up with 5 or 6 passes because they kept shoving them into my hand lol. Then 10 minutes later that opened the doors and I got to see it anyway - I was the only one in the theatre and I could walk right up to the screen when all the Dragons were dancing in the sky at the end lol. After that I went every Thursday evening for the rest of April and May. Then just last night they showed it at the Drive-in theatre (along with Cruella) I used to work at so I went there with an old gf. So I have seen it at IMAX twice, Dolby and regular sound maybe 8 - 9 times (I lost count) and then at the Drive-in. Umm, I guess I kinda like the movie. How about you?

25 total (26 actually, but one of it doesn't count due to terrible quality). Different theaters at couple of towns (5 theaters, 12 halls). Unfortunately, I haven't experienced it in IMAX. I collect and store EVERY ticket 😁. Needed to describe in detail? By the way, what country are you from?
P.S. Of course I went to very first premiere show ☺️.

Congrats! I think I have to admit that you've got me beat. I'm sure I broke into the 20's but not 26. I only kept some of the tickets so I lost count. Too bad you missed IMAX, the music and sound quality was literally a BLAST (pun fully intended) especially the drums, along with the HUGE closeups of Sisu in some of the scenes. Have you seen it where you were the only one in the theatre? I did about five of the times. I could walk right up to Sisu if I wanted to LOL. And of course stand in the middle of all the Dragons flying at the end. Nice to see that I am not the only Sisu nerd ROFL!
I am from the southwestern Ohio area, USA. How about you? BTW I bought three of the DVD's today. One Blu-Ray for myself, a standard DVD to take to my sister's house so she and my nephew can watch it with me, and a third one to give to my daughter's half-brother so maybe she can see it. She would never watch it with me (I haven't seen her in many years) but maybe she will watch it with him if he doesn't tell her it is from me. Just a vicarious way of connecting with her watching the movie I love so much.

  • Firstly, I must note, my English isn't so good as I wish it to be yet, so if you need clarification of something, I always glad to, just ask any time πŸ˜‰πŸ˜Š. I like and glad to communicate. And appreciate any advice πŸ™‚ (including these about language).

I went to very first premiere show intentionally of her since I saw first pictures at various forums and chat groups, and then the trailer… Probably, I would have missed out this movie if it weren't for that dragon.

Yes, the score is magnificent… I listen it from time to time, remembering these scenes… πŸ˜Œβ€¦ James Newton Howard is really top pro… He's really into it. Just perfect πŸ₯°. I really wish I could experience the IMAX, but there are no such theatres at my area. The nearest good is in 10-12 hours travel.

I haven't faced such show interruption (full breaking) of any show I visited, fortunately πŸ˜‡.

My log 😁. Letter is a theatre, the following number is a hall in the theatre. These without number has just one hall. 2D except where noted.

Yeah πŸ˜πŸ˜‰πŸ˜œ, me too! They got real animation masterpiece, instant classics, as were said earlier. The only regret is there is no 60 fps version, only 24… 😏

You bet! πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘βœŒοΈ I wanted to go several times more, but theatres at my area have ended all shows of this movie on April 21. I went to the last show too.

I wish I'll experience THIS movie in 8K (at least) in IMAX someday… 😌 There will be re-launch (is it correct word?) by request from the public, as a regular service in the future, I believe.
I experienced Dolby sound, the volume (loudness) was pretty enough, I must admit, so I have selected theatres and its' halls with acceptable quality, including the sound, of course (the main characteristic, indeed πŸ™‚).
I don't know English good enough, so please, clarify what pun you have intended.

YES! 😁 Not less than you πŸ˜‰ (or about it). I love to experience uninterrupted show. I never buy or bring any food or drinks to movie hall, always mute all my devices and check there are no any reminders within movie show time, and don't use noisy clothes.
And I very dislike such people who bother others at movie hall due to lack of their attention by creating rustling noises by their food. I personally think that the food at theatre is a relic of the past and must be cancelled at the modern.
At the same time I like to experience good movies with plenty of people at the hall, when the movie catches everyone's attention and the public produces massive (or any other) response. It's really inspiring 😍.

Hi . I see fans of this cartoon communicating here. I'm a FAN, too. You probably know everything about him? Maybe let's talk ...? There are a couple of questions for discussion. I think it will be interesting for you.
