Start recording, place phone down with camera facing necessary direction, hold poses in front of/above camera for a couple seconds each pose, when finished, stop recording, then go into the video and take screenshots of the poses, Pause if needed.

don't even bother with the screenshot trick. just send the vid. trust me, my recipients always appreciate a 3 min vid of me shaking my ass around in different positions~

Yeah, but vids are harder to send. You usually gotta compress them for web use and then send them. The lighting is the hardest part for me though. I need to get a wide array of different lights!
