It makes sense either way if she's trans. Now a days you can get a transplant uterus that allows for a pregnancy to occur (and unfortunately periods). Maybe the art with her having a dick was during transition.

I don't know why you got downvoted either, because you are right, and the claim that nowadays you can just have a uterus transplant like nothing is not exactly correct.

Not sure about what you mean by the one-way street thing, but a uterus transplant is a temporary and experimental procedure. It was attempted very, VERY few times, and the uterus implanted never "stayed in" permanently (it was never inteded to be so) but was removed after pregnancy (regardless of the results, whether the mother was able to give birth). Also, it has only seen some success for XX women born without a uterus or with a deformed uterus, but as far as I know haven't even been attempted with a trans woman.

Just to be clear before the downvotes pour in: if fully support medical research that aims to help trans women to be 100% like XX women including the ability to give birth. Just please everyone calm your enthusiasm and do not spread nonsense.

Rule 63. If there's a character online,there will be a version of it in the opposite gender. (E.g. Female version of a male character or vice versa.) Also futas seem to be popular in porn.
