This looks fantastic overall, and I really like the art style, but I can't shake the feeling that you should be able to see a tail somewhere. Unless this character has no tail by design, in which case, ignore me.

That's a corgi dog, and corgi dogs have short tails. That's why the tail is not visible on the painting.
