Badges are often the only way to get a strong Pokémon to behave, although many trainers may still find difficulties in keeping up. If the bond between you and your companion is tight enough, however, it may be that other means of gaining their respect will be offered to you. In some instances, this may be the fastest way to ensure maximum performance. Remain careful though, trainer! If you show weakness, it may be that your friend will now see themself as your superior, and you will be subjected to a „training“ schedule they deem appropriate. Should this occur, you are advised to follow it — the resulting companionship is worth the effort.

When I recently streamed with RedIzaK again, I saw her working on a charizard picture that immediately reminded me that I had a sketch lying around since f*ing March or February. And I was like „nope, I can‘t have a sketch that decent lying around for that long“, so I finally did it! I played with my beloved (and often very useless) coloured pencil brush pack in Procreate, did a quick and dirty celshade, and finallly painted the dick. most of all this happened yesterday, and I even planned out the colours beforehand a bit more. So much fun overall!
