I checked both links and it’s not showing.

Samples weren't generated, it was only now after a year that someone flagged the post for stuff to be checked. File itself seems proper enough.
These should now be properly generated, check the post and see if it works now.

It's literally just iPhone, because Apple would get royalties if people used MP4 codecs like h264 and h265, that's also the reason why e621 doesn't support it because if they found out, we could be liable to pay licensing fees for the format.
It's also why iPhones still use lighting, because they literally get money even third party cables using that and they have enough customers that they can just throw their weight around until EU comes and says "no".

I do say that even if stuff is in here, having a mirror is always good idea yeah.
With images less so but especially with animated content. I have seen so many bad flash files and broken megaupload and dropbox links in descriptions that it's insane. Because these files are so much larger from images they tend to just, vanish over time, lost forever, maybe one guy at somewhere in earth having the file at the back of their HDD never to see light again.

FurryNetwork I believe has started to require accounts from visitors, which would explain why above comment says it's not showing, I believe Newgrounds started to require the same. Many have public facing cloud storage but many disallow pornographic material so have to be bit more careful with these.
