Seems Sloth's paws are ticklish.

Well the more Sam dabbles with Sloth's feet, the stronger & nicer the smell they should have

Lets take a moment to aprriciate the character design and detail. Kuro's animals have the feeling of such softness and those wonderful beans feel squishy without me even needing to touch them.

so I don't know exactly how the whole safe/questionable/explicit system works, but no bits are shown here, so shouldn't it be safe and not questionable? or does paw stuff not count as safe? sorry, I just don't have a good idea on how that system works and am confused.

When looking at the list of what goes on which rating (you can see this yourself by going to https://e621.net/help/ratings ) one of the markers for questionable content is:

all content with slight (but obvious) fetishistic material
