I believe it's the brow ridge: seems too prominent. Otherwise, I agree, nice picture.

Her chin sticks out too much for a pure sergal, and her tail is fluffy like a wolf's. Is this a cross species?

A bit, canonically anatomically wrong. And they're more like monotremes than mammals. They DO lay eggs after all.
