Your team was responsible for many successful operations which lead to the winning of many battles -- but it was all for naught as your side in the war was defeated through economic-stranglehold tactics employed through corporate monopolies, making your underdeveloped planet solely reliant on outside forces. Your commanders and generals turned on your team once the writing was on the wall, burning all documents and laying the blame for many war crimes on you and your comrades, many of whom were captured and executed for the acts they were ordered to perform. Alone and destitute, you make your money by whoring yourself out to those who only want your body (which is pretty fuckin' nice, if you ignore that it's mostly cybernetic).
