    Well, elves are good with magic, so illusions can do the work their elitist snobbery for their own races cannot. Humans only have a culture dived. Also, TES world works on Pokémon logic for breeding, child is the race of the female with some traits from the male, so that alone slows the beastificatin of all races by 50%.
