Xin-Wei was his FA name. Its the same person. He got banned from FA for X or Y reason, so he's not using that name anymore. The style is pretty unique to be identifiable, so I dont think theres a problem with it.

Yeah he prefers to keep his names separate, which is why we haven't aliased them.

There's no evidence, direct or even implied, that Kurama is female (Matatabi hasn't gotten much screentime, so there isn't much to work on). In fact they don't mention his gender at all. But since the other bijuu refer to Kurama as a male, it's safe to assume that he's a guy, though it's also possible that he's just genderless altogether.

well really if you watch the show, only the 2ed and 7th tails are voiced by females :3
