Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

    LEVEL 4 CLEARANCE MINIMUM!!!

    It seems that our termination of SCP-745 entities has had an unexpected consequence. The creatures are apparently capable of adapting to new situations QUICKLY. SCP-745 instances have now been observed to be showing affection towards humans they run off the road instead of attacking & devouring them. While the SCP-745 instances beg for food in a manner not unlike dogs the main purpose of this seems to be to endear themselves to humans.

    This affection also extends to mating. When coming across armed humans the SCP-745 instances will attempt to disarm the human. Once disarmed they will then mate with the human. MTF Tau-24 "Road Runners' and Iota-10 "Wily Coyotes" were subjected this behavior. Both describe the mating as being both 'loving' and 'gentle' with the SCP-745 instance trying very hard to make sure the human was satisfied.

    (Note: SCP-745 instances will not only attempt to mate with armed humans but also do so with any Foundation personnel they encounter.)

    (Jesus Christ. The moment we start killing some of them the entire species makes a complete 180 in behavior. Instead of eating us they are fucking us! Like an animal attempting to kiss up to the Alpha.)
