If we're talking realistically better, then humans would take the cake, actually. Horse cock may be big, but because of its size, it ends up being quite floppy and spongy, and because of the conditions horses evolved in, they're actually quite the quickshots, mating between horses usually lasts only around 10 or so seconds.

Humans, over the course of their history, have evolved to have the penises we have today, because we adopted a monogamous mating stragety very early on. That combined with how easy we had it compared to literally any other animal out there, meant our penis also started evolving to provide pleasure instead of being strictly a breeding tool. We also don't have fur and can sweat from our entire bodies, meaning we have stamina that lets us last much longer than other animals in bed.

Applying this to a realistic anthroverse where anthros would have both their strengths (being faster, having sharper senses etc...) and weaknesses (like their unique sexual features and the consequences of them), it wouldn't be far fetched to say humans would be quite popular when it comes to sex.
