Sorta. The MG15 was designed specifically to be used mounted inside combat aircraft . What she is holding is probably the MG30 , which the MG15 was adapted from.

I was playing with this gun in battlefield V, i discovered it these days, in the game is consider a medium machine gun, which is a king a correct because of the 7,92x51, but don't make sense in the game cause you nenew to be mounted to use and has just 30 bullets, and all machine guns gives the same 25 of damage
