Noticing a strange blankness of people through the trails on the way there they began to question the strange sighting. Was there a big thing going on that no one's out? They began to think as they approached the gates which had been pulled up and shut tight, no guards outside the walls?

“Hello!!! We have a quest we’re trying to finish! Please open up so we can get paid!” the one yelled up, they waited for a few seconds before sighing and dropping their bag of things on the ground before beginning their climb up the stone bricked wall.
“What the hell are you doing.?” Cobalt asked the climbing leathered man.

Cobalt with a sigh nods and drops their things before joining them on the climb. After about a minute or two of climbing the steep 20+ foot wall they both huffed and rolled onto the walls platforms, much like the great wall of china there was a large platform to walk around up top, great for defending the city.
“See, that wasn’t that harrrrr- what is that..?” Naomi asked, pointing past cobalt, in which they’d turn around and find a small small brown and cream colored animal.
