    The thing is, dehydration is subtle. The symptoms tend to be mild and not easily connected to hydration. I get mild headaches, for example, and only recently realized that they don't seem to happen if I stay well hydrated.

    But its not easy. Drinking 64+ oz of water every day can be a chore. Still, if you are having chronic issues, physical and/or mental, its worth a try, you may find they ease up with proper hydration.
