It is obvious who it is using the exact same rules that you used to identify Quill-weave with. How many yellow lesbian friends does she have?

We clearly need a higher authority to make a final decision here, but I thought it was decided well enough in the forums.

Quill-weave's color combo and pattern is clearly seen, so her tags can be safely added. The character behind her is not, but by saying 'how many yellow lesbian friends does she have' is resorting to outside information to tag.
